The Connections Group at Rokkan is looking for a passionate and experienced Connections Director to join our growing, dynamic team. This person will have a focus on paid media and has potentially taken a more “traditional” media career path thus far.
Now, they are ready for an energizing change that will give them opportunities to expand a department and work alongside disciplines such as creative, user experience and technology. Collaboration is part of our agency’s DNA and we want this Director to find the best processes whereby media and creative strategies can align.
This department has grown from initial beginnings as “Media and Analytics,” and evolved into the Connections Group in early 2017. Media and analytics are at our core but we are also actively developing more formalized offerings in CRM and SEO. We believe Connections is a more accurate description that reflects the way we use media, measurement, channels and data to deliver the best consumer experiences as well as strong business results.
An example of this person’s work would come to life is through: messaging frameworks for campaigns (outlining when/where users would see specific messages, based on a creative idea), channel rationale and recommendations, suggested budget breakouts for these channels, campaign KPIs and priority metrics. New business contributions and pitching would also be a significant part of this role.
